- 4 loins of salmon
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 orange
- ½ teaspoon of ginger root
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 30 grams of butter
- Black pepper
How to prepare citrus ginger salmon:
- Preheat the oven in advance to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Clean the salmon loins taking care that they do not have remains of skin or bones.
- Season the salmon loins.

- Chop the grapefruit and orange and sprinkle the juice of both fruits in a pot.
