Ingredients:

  • 4 loins of salmon
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 30 grams of butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to prepare citrus ginger salmon:

  1. Preheat the oven in advance to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Clean the salmon loins taking care that they do not have remains of skin or bones.
