  • 16 gr of yeast
  • 50 gr of dried tomatoes in oil

How to prepare a potato, tomato and black olive cake

  1. This recipe is prepared very quickly and will always work. We get down to work with the potatoes, peel them and chop them to cook at the same time.
  2. We prepare a saucepan with water and a little salt. We add the potatoes and wait until they are ready. When they are tender we put them in a bowl.
  3. We crush the potatoes we add a little milk so that we have a creamier bottom, they will be the basis of this preparation.
  4. We continue with the tomatoes . Drain them and cut into portions of the same size. We place the tomatoes with the mashed potatoes.
  5. Olives it is better to buy them already directly pitted. We will chop them and add to the mash.
