Pepper salad recipe with salmon belly

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 red peppers
  • 200 grams of salmon belly
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

How to prepare a pepper salad with salmon belly:

  1. Wash and dry the peppers well .
  2. Roast the peppers on a baking sheet with salt and a little olive oil.

  4. Cook the whole potatoes in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.
