Mexican Spicy Tofu Tortillas Recipe

  • 6 corn tortillas

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 hot peppers

  • 1 lemon (the juice)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to prepare Mexican spicy tofu tortillas:

  1. Drain the tofu very well cover it with absorbent paper, put weight on it and leave to drain for 15 minutes.
  2. Crumble the tofu with the help of a fork.
  3. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.
  4. Wash and chop the pepper and chili peppers into small pieces.
  5. In a frying pan, pour the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for 90 seconds.
