What to do if the mayonnaise is cut?

Vegetable mayonnaises are not cut, but if you prepare the traditional recipe and it happens, you can get it back with a very simple trick.

  1. Place the cut mayonnaise in a glass.
  2. Pour a jet of hot water into the container in which you were making mayonnaise.
  3. Very slowly, move the cut mayonnaise to the container with water and beat it again.
  4. The mayonnaise will emulsify again and, due to the hot water, it will remain lukewarm.
  5. Wait for it to cool down and serve.

With these mayonnaise recipes, you no longer need to go out at the last minute to buy salsa. Also, you can vary the dishes with a different mayonnaise, tastier or healthier.
