Donnoli recipe

The donnoli recipe has revolutionized baking in the United States . The name of this dish derives from the fusion of two words: donuts and cannoli. Doesn’t that sound delicious? How to prepare the donnoli recipe:

  1. Put the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix and form a volcano.
  2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat until it starts to smoke.
  4. Melt the butter in the microwave.
  5. Add the warm milk, water, beaten egg and melted butter to the bowl with the flour. Mix well until a homogeneous and sticky mass is obtained.
  6. Transfer the dough to another clean container and cover with plastic wrap . Let stand for 1 hour.
  7. After time, flour a flat surface to work the dough. Cut portions and stretch long to roll over a metal cylinder.
