Crispy Cod and Vegetable Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 500 ml of olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chilli
  • 400 gr of cod
  • Salt
  • 100 ml of milk
  • White pepper

How to prepare crispy cannelloni with cod and vegetables

  1. We get down to work with a sauce. Peel the onion and cut it very finely . In a frying pan with a splash of oil, fry the onion.
  2. We remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them . Add the peppers to the onion when it is tender.
  3. We wash the zucchini and chop it . We repeat the operation with the aubergine to obtain a kind of ratatouille that will serve as a base.
