Coronavirus: recipes for cooking with children

During the current coronavirus epidemic, cooking with children does two things at once : one is to entertain them in these days of confinement .   • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 50 cc of milk
  • 100 g of oil
  • 150 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Vanilla
  • Molds

How to prepare these delicious cupcakes:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you can draw them.
  2. Gradually add milk, oil and vanilla.
  3. Carefully add the flour mixed with baking powder.
  4. Fill ¾ parts of the molds.
  5. Take to a preheated oven at 180º for 15 minutes.
  6. Gluten-free flour can be used and will be suitable for coeliacs.

Lentil burgers

A good way to incorporate legumes into children’s diets

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of cooked lentils
  • 50 g of flour
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Breadcrumbs to coat
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

How these lentil burgers are made:

  1. Process the lentils until obtaining a paste.
  2. Add the carrot, the salt and the flour . Integrate the preparation.
  3. Form the hamburgers.
  4. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the hamburgers or brown them on the grill over medium heat.
  6. In a hamburger bun, with tomato, lettuce and an egg these hamburgers arouse everyone’s appetite.
