Coronavirus: delivery dishes that you can prepare at home

There are dishes that people usually ask for at delivery today. In some cases, it is for convenience, but in others, it is because they find it impossible to cook them at home.   • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 yolk
  • Salt

How to prepare delicious hamburgers:

  1. Place the meat in a bowl and add the yolk.
  2. Knead the meat for a few minutes while adding the breadcrumbs, minced garlic cloves, milk and salt. The kneading is important because it ensures the integration of the minced meat.

Spring rolls

  • 250 g of flour
  • 500 cc of water
  • 300 g of pork loin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • Oil for sautéing
  • Salt, pepper, cumin

How to make these case spring rolls:

  1. To prepare the dough, beat the flour with the water until there are no groups . Rest in the fridge.
  2. In a wok, sauté the onion, red pepper and carrot all cut into julienne strips.
  3. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of cumin. Remove from the fire.
  4. Add the cabbage into julienne strips and stir.
  5. Add the hard boiled eggs cut into thin slices .
  6. Besides, sauté the meat in julienne with a little salt and pepper.
  7. Cook the dough in a double boiler. Paint the trays with small amounts of dough, so that it is fine. Turn and cook on the other side. The discs should not be stacked, because they stick together.
