Confinement recipes: Meatballs in Rioja sauce

In these days of confinement with time to cook more than enough, we can get our hands on the dough in one of the classics of Spanish cuisine, the meatballs in Rioja sauce.   • 200 gr of minced beef

  • 500 ml of Rioja red wine

How to prepare meatballs in Rioja sauce
