Cod Dumplings with Apple Recipe

  • 12 dumplings wafers
  • 200 gr of salted cod
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 egg
  • water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

How to prepare cod dumplings with apple

  1. For this recipe we will use a salted cod, although we can substitute it for a frozen or smoked cod it will be just as good with small modifications. Salting forces us to start the recipe the night before.
  2. We put the cod in water change the water a couple of times so that it removes excess salt and is ready to create the ideal pasty filling.
  3. We will get to work with the onion . Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. We repeat the operation with the garlic clove.
