Coconut and lime sauce recipe

  • 25 grams of coriander
  • 80 grams of coconut milk
  • Zest of a file
  • 5 grams of lime juice
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 5 grams of sesame oil

Prepare recipe for coconut and lime sauce:

  1. Wash and dry the coriander branches.
  2. Chop the coriander and put it in the blender glass.
  3. Add coconut milk and lime peel to the glass .
