Chickpea croquettes with egg and ham recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of cooked chickpeas (in a 425 gr. Pot)
  • 1 medium potato
  • ¼ cup homemade chicken broth
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 120 gr. of ham
  • 2 cups of flour (to overflow)
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs (to overflow)
  • 2 eggs (to overflow)
  • Abundant olive oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare chickpea croquettes with egg and ham:

  1. Put water and eggs in a saucepan . Cook over high heat for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Cooked the eggs, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Book.
  3. Wash and peel the potato.
